GotSpot Recommendation Rewards Terms and Conditions.

GotSpot Limited (“we” or “us”) is a company registered in England & Wales (Company Number 02968652) registered office at 44-46 Whitfield Street, London W1T 2RJ. The paragraphs below set out our terms and conditions for qualification for the GotSpot reward offer.

The Reward is an amount of £50 paid to a referrer in the form of a gift card from Marks and Spencer.

The Referrer is any member of the public who provides a referral for a new GotSpot outlet. The following groups of people are excluded from this offer:

A valid Location is any outlet that does not already have GotSpot internet services.

By submitting your email address to us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms and conditions in full and agree to abide by them.

1. Registration and Information supplied
1.1.

When registering for this reward you agree to supply accurate, true and up to date information. You must notify our Customer Services team whose details are displayed on the Website immediately via email or letter of any changes to this information.

1.2.

We may use your registration information - or other personal information submitted by you at another time - in accordance with any purposes for which your consent is or has been given as part of the process during which you submit that information.

1.3.

We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent other than as set out above, as required by law or any competent authority, or as permitted by the Data Protection Act 1998 or as set out in our privacy policy.

1.4.

We reserve the right to withdraw the Reward if any of the information supplied by you is inaccurate, untrue or out-of-date.

3. Recommendation rewards
3.1.

The recommendation reward will be provided only once for any individual Location recommended, and only once the Location has agreed to a one year contract with GotSpot Ltd.

3.2.

Should multiple recommendations be made for a single location, the reward will be paid to the first Referrer to recommend the Location in question.

3.3.

The first Referrer to recommend a Location will be determined according to the date and time that the recommendation was placed on our website, as indicated in the timestamp of the recommendation email received by us.

3.4.

On request we will provide the date and time at which any recommendation was received. However, we will not provide any details of the Referrer who made the Recommendation.

3.5.

On qualification for a Reward, the Referrer will provide GotSpot with a postal address to which the Reward will be posted via registered mail within 21 days of completion the contract.

4. General legal clauses
4.1.

You may not assign or otherwise deal with this Agreement. We reserve the right to assign this Agreement and/or to sub-contract performance of our obligations hereunder to the extent necessary for us to provide the Services. Your consent shall be required where any such assignment may adversely affect the Service provided to you.

4.2.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, by notifying you by email of the changes.

4.3.

Any waiver by us of any of our rights shall not prevent us from bringing any proceeding and will not be construed as a waiver of any succeeding breach of any provision by you.

4.4.

Any decision we make in relation to UK Online, these Terms and Conditions or the AUP shall be final.

4.5.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions or the AUP shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions or the AUP. A person who is not party to this Agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce the same. This clause does not affect any right or remedy which exists or is available other than under or pursuant to the Act.

4.6.

These Terms and Conditions and all other legal relationships between us shall be governed by English law, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
